The Rolling Rains Report is written by Dr. Scott Rains.

Scott is supported by a network of travel experts, advocates, and consumers around the world who share a similar passion for extending the opportunities for tourism to the underserved market of those with disabilities.

He is available for research, speaking, and consulting on tourism, development, Universal Design, and disability. As appropriate to the project he works either as an individual, gathers together a team of experts in this field from around the world, or makes referrals to qualified local experts.
