Anjalee Aggarwal and Sanjeev Sachdeva, who both have muscular dystrophy, believe that barrier-free tourism plays an essential role in integrating disabled people into society. In 1996, they started Samarthya to help organize tours for disabled travelers of historical, tourist and religious places in India.
