Paralympics: The Next Step

If the Paralympic Movement is to progress to the next stage there is no better place for national Paralympic Committees to start their strategic planning than with a review of Benchmark Games.



While host nations such as as Russia and Brazil have a helpful resource in this Fundacion ONCE approach to livable cities.

 

To succeed Rio 2016 must build on proof-of-concept projects in the 12 FIFA World Cup 2014 host cities which in turn must be grounded in world-class best practices as reviewed here in Portuguese
