Next time you are traveling on the North Island of New Zealand and find yourself near Stanmore Bay or in Whangaparaoa you might drop in and see what Michael Erasmus has in the oven. Quite literally, he can't.
With 5% vision in one eye and none in the other Michael graduated from North Shore Academy prepared to open a business in a field he loves -- baking pies. Since eating them seems to be a valued local pastime with the local crowd it seems like Michael has stumbled on a recipe for a business - and they sound good:

"There's steak and kidney, steak and mushroom, mince and cheese, smoked chicken, chicken veloute and a vegetarian pie. It's all real food and quality is my focus," says Michael.
