Maybe an orphaned idea born in Chicago can be adopted by the Olympics 2016 family in Rio.
Darren Brehm came up with the idea. If the proposed Olympics of 2016 were to come to Chicago one of the stadia would be built to Olympic capacity but then downsized to accommodate a more typical Windy City-sized crowd. What to to with the up to 50,000 disposable seats created by the downsizing?
Simple. Green. Make them recyclable. Make them high durability wheelchairs!
Read the story at the Chicago Sun Times. Who will be the first nation in the world to apply
Darren's solution?
Seats in Olympic Stadium May Convert to Wheelchairs
