Press Release:

RAHWAY, N.J., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- "Only You, Christine, Only You," by
Christine Komoroski-McCohnell, is a memoir that reflects on living and
growing to adulthood with Cerebral Palsy. Navigating the staircase of
oppression associated with a disability is the main theme of the book. The
author's self-exploration helps the reader pursue their own self-exploration.

The author touches on her relationships with her parents, two brothers, one
sister, her husband Mac and all of her friends. With many emotions that
nurture the reader's soul, you can fully grasp how far Christine has come in
overcoming her oppression.

"'Who is really disabled out there?' And then I think to myself, 'Do I have
the authority to judge anyone?'"

Filled with humor and suspense, readers will be rooting for and relating to
Christine on her journey through life. She is ready for whatever life throws
her way and knows that no matter what, she will be content and successful.

About the Author

Christine Komoroski-McCohnell was born in Rahway, NJ and grew up in an upper
middle-class neighborhood in the suburbs. While growing up, her house was
inaccessible for disabled people so her parents built her a pool and remodeled
a bedroom so she could have an accessible living space. She later went on to
attend Ramapo College of New Jersey where she attained a BA in Psychology.
Later she attained an MA in Counseling from Seton Hall University and also
received post-master credits at Temple University.

Now happily married with a stepson and stepgranddaughter, Christine loves to
travel places where she can experience different cultures and events.
Currently she teaches at Ramapo College, teaching and designing a Disability
Studies minor, and is on the board of the Society of Disability Studies.
