Studies find that service to travelers with disabilities improves when service industry workers like hotel, restaurant, and airline employees have access to training by people with disabilities. Make use of Jeff's video for trainings-- and remember that if you have a disability you can create valuable moments resulting in the professional improvement of those you encounter. (Think of it as a gift to those of us who will benefit from their enhanced skill when we need them someday in the future - maybe under rushed circumstances. )
